How the Jam & Marmalade Production Line Works

Fresh fruit pulp or fruit pieces are mixed with sugar, pectin, and other ingredients before being transferred to the steam jacketed kettle for controlled cooking. The mixture is blended thoroughly to achieve the desired consistency and flavour.
