In decorticator type like cylinder, disc & fin are crush or damage the structure of skin of berries without damaging the inner core of peppercorn. Blanching of peppercorn in blancher. For drying air dryer is used. The heavier fraction (mature barriers) of all nearby while lighter fraction (dust, immature berries, etc,) are blown away using air cleaner. Sorting& grading of peppercorn in color sorting machine. Quality controller by vacuum fumigation or thermal treatment. Packing of green peppercorn are using packaging machine easily.
